At Windsor Castle: A Royal Experience

A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Windsor Castle—not just as a regular visitor, but as a guest for my dad’s exhibition, Romeo and Juliet: The Metamorphosis. It was a surreal experience, standing in the historic halls of a place that has witnessed centuries of royal history, knowing that my dad’s artwork was being showcased in such a prestigious setting.

Before the exhibition even began, I was lucky enough to receive a private tour of Windsor Castle, led by none other than the governor himself. Walking through the grand corridors and exquisite chambers felt like stepping back in time. The sheer scale of the castle, with its towering stone walls and ornate tapestries, was breathtaking.

I imagined what it would have been like to live here centuries ago—dining in candlelit halls, walking the lush gardens, and hearing the echoes of royal footsteps on the marble floors. Seeing the halls adorned with priceless paintings and historical artifacts, I couldn’t help but feel the weight of history around me.

Walking through Windsor Castle as a 14-year-old, knowing that my dad’s art was being exhibited there, was a moment I’ll never forget. It was more than just a visit—it was a glimpse into history, art, and the power of storytelling.

As I stood in those historic halls, I realized that every piece of art has a place in history, just like every person who dares to create it.

I won 3000 dollars (I'm not joking) – My Raise Your Voice Experience

You know that feeling when you step onto a stage, the lights hit your face, and for a moment, everything else fades away? That’s exactly what happened to me at the Raise Your Voice singing competition in Hollywood. And guess what? I walked away with first place—and a giant $3,000 check to prove it!

The Raise Your Voice competition is no joke. It brings together some of the most talented young singers from all over the country, each one ready to leave their heart on the stage. The moment I heard about it, I knew I had to go for it. Competitions like this push me to grow, and honestly, I love a challenge.

I chose two of my all-time favorite songs for the competition: Never Enough (because it’s vocally intense and so emotional) and Rise Up (because it’s all about resilience and strength). Both songs require power, control, and deep connection, so I knew I had to bring my absolute best.

Walking onto that stage, I felt my heart racing. But as soon as the first notes played, I took a deep breath and let the music take over.

The moment I hit the high notes in Never Enough, I could feel the energy shift in the room. It’s always surreal to see people completely absorbed in your performance, hanging on every note. When I moved into Rise Up, I poured my soul into every lyric, knowing this was my chance to make an impact.

After all the performances, we stood backstage, waiting for the results. I told myself, No matter what happens, I gave it my all.

Then, they announced my name. First place.

I actually froze for a second—did they just say my name? And then, the next thing I knew, I was holding this massive check with my name on it. $3,000. I wasn’t dreaming. I actually won.

To everyone who has supported me on this journey, thank you. I can’t wait to see where the next stage takes me. And who knows? Maybe next time, I’ll be writing about another big win. 😉

Until then—keep dreaming big and singing louder. 🎶💫

My Trip to the Philippines

In January 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Manila, Philippines. My dad had to deliver a painting, and I was lucky enough to tag along. What started as a simple trip quickly turned into an unforgettable adventure—one that took me across the world, introduced me to a vibrant new culture, and gave me the chance to experience paradise in a way I never expected.

My dad was delivering a painting he created to a collector, and I got to tag along for the adventure.

Traveling from the U.S. to the Philippines is no small feat—it’s literally a flight around the world! The journey itself was an adventure. I remember looking out the airplane window, watching the landscapes change beneath me as we crossed continents (just joking, it was night. and I could not see anything…).

The trip was surreal, seeing countries I’d only read about in books or seen in movies. The time zones, the different airports, the feeling of stepping into a completely new place—it was exhilarating.

Landing in Manila was like stepping into a world buzzing with life. The city was alive with lights, sounds, and endless movement. The streets were filled with jeepneys (colorful local buses), the aroma of delicious street food, and the kind of energy that makes you feel like anything is possible. Despite the long flight, I couldn’t help but feel excited.

We explored the city’s lively streets, tasted incredible Filipino food like adobo and halo-halo, and soaked in the warmth of the people. Everyone was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. It felt like I was truly welcomed into their culture.

After the excitement of Manila, we took a trip to a private tropical resort. This was the part I had been dreaming about—crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and palm trees swaying in the breeze. It felt like stepping into a postcard.

Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was surreal. I spent my days soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, and just taking in the beauty of it all. There was something so peaceful about being in nature like that—away from the noise, just surrounded by the vastness of the sea.

I can’t wait to go back someday, explore even more of the country, and maybe even perform there! Until then, I’ll hold on to the memories of my first incredible adventure in the Philippines.

The Night I Met Kelly Preston

In 2018, I had the incredible opportunity to perform in a play based on The Greatest Showman. At just 8 years old, I played the role of one of the main character’s daughters and sang A Million Dreams. It was one of my first big performances, and instead of being nervous, I was absolutely thrilled. The excitement of being on stage, the bright lights, and the energy of the audience made the experience unforgettable.

But what made that night even more special was meeting Kelly Preston.

Yes—the Kelly Preston, the stunning actress known for her roles in Jerry Maguire, Mischief, and Twins. She was in the audience that night, and after the show, she was so moved that she asked to speak with me.

When we met, she had tears in her eyes. She hugged me tightly and congratulated me on my performance. I could tell she genuinely meant every word, and her kindness made the moment feel even more surreal. It’s one thing to perform in front of an audience, but to have someone as inspiring as Kelly be so touched by my performance was beyond anything I could have imagined.
